 In what all parties have described as “a perfect fit”, Nissan Forklift dealer for the East Midlands and East Anglia, Apollo Plant, has been acquired in a multi-million pound deal by Impact Handling.
The purchase marks a further investment in the UK by the Imperial Group, Impact’s South-African based multi-national parent. In addition to Impact, its UK interests currently include automotive and specialist parts distribution and inventory management.

 September the 10th could prove to be a great day for Polypipe. This was the day we delivered the new TOYOTA Generation 8 counterbalanced forklifts.
The Generation 8 is available in seven models with load capacities ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 tonnes and offers a choice of diesel or LPG engines.
Our sister company Toyota Forklift in South Africa, who are also
part of the Imperial Group, have been supplying the Generation 8 to customers in their market for over a year and have extensive
experience of the markets acceptance of this model.
