We offer a full onsite service, from emergency breakdown to routine maintenance. All our service vans are fully equipped with workshop tools and extensive parts for on the spot repairs.
ENGINEER BACK-UP Local engineers will be dedicated to your operation. All our engineers are equipped with mobile telephones and our normal response time from placing a call to an engineer being on-site will be within 4 hours. We can even tailor response times to your operation.
ROUTINE SERVICE
The level of routine servicing is in tune with your usage and ensures breakdowns and down-time are kept to an absolute minimum.
SERVICE INFORMATION
Individual Truck Files are kept by our Service Personnel for routine inspection by your Management. In addition Fleet Management information can be provided, detailing on an individual truck basis, the services carried out, any down-time and any chargeable work carried out. Regular scheduled meetings to review key management information can be tailored to your specific needs and delivered by our customer support team.
Parts
Impact Handling's service strategy is prevention rather than cure, dedicated servcie scheduling is a key focus. However, we recognise that even the worlds most reliable truck may fail due to component failure and acccidental damage.
To ensure a rapid recovery of this situation, Impact Handling has a proactive Parts operation, focused on the following:

Linked branch stocks to provide rapid availability.

Electronic parts ordering direct on manufacturers European Parts Hub.

Direct overnight parts delivery to either mobile or site engineers.
